Covid-19 Update

Effective March 19, 2020 our offices will be closed to the public until further notice. Staff will remain working in both the offices, Shell Lake and Debden, as well as remotely from home. We want to ensure the health and well-being of both our staff and clients during what the Saskatchewan Government has declared as a State of Emergency.  

During this period of time staff will continue to be available via telephone and email regarding policy reviews, revisions and renewals:

Payments can be made:


  1. Telephone- credit card payments can be made over the phone by calling either office.

  2. Website- Visit our website and select the Online Services button. Here you can access your MySGI account if you have one. If you need to set one up, you please contact one of our offices for assistance.

  3. Online Banking- instructions to setup bill payees on your online or mobile banking can be found on your invoice or you may contact our office for assistance.

  4. eTransfer- Contact our office for instructions.

  5. Mail- Cheques can still be mailed into the office but please advise staff you are sending them by mail as Canada Post has announced that service may be slower during this time.
